AdmissionDrug and alcohol addiction is a very serious problem that has dramatic effects on not only the addict, but also his or her friends, family, and loved ones. When someone troubled by drug or alcohol addiction reaches out for help, his or her loved ones often do not know the proper steps to take to get help for the individual in need. Client or Family (if client is under age of 18) contacts one of our three facilities. During this phone call, a staff member will need the following information:
Step 2 : Schedule Appointment for Intake Assessment
At this time, the prospective client will be informed of the items needed to bring to the appointment.
Step 3 : Attend scheduled Appointment
The intake assessment takes about 1 1/2-2 hours. During this appointment, the client is asked a variety of questions regarding substance use to determine the person’s eligibility and/or treatment needs such as:
